NICK MURER

CEO

Nicholas Murer is the founder of WECO, a cannabis-focused administrative and financial services company established in 2014. WECO supports businesses across the U.S. and international markets through payroll, HR, accounting, staffing, banking, farming development, and wholesale project management. Its portfolio includes Elevated Payroll, The Raw Hemp Company, Bull Creek Ranch, and Colombian cultivator Lasanta. Murer brings more than 25 years of global experience in technical sales, business development, marketing, HR, mergers and acquisitions, and project management. He holds degrees in Organizational Development and Human Resource Management from Colorado State University, where he is completing a master’s degree in Organizational Development and Global International Management.

JEANETTE CARROLL

COO

Jeanette Carroll is a San Jose, California native and creative professional with more than 20 years of experience in marketing, communications and public relations, human resources, data analysis, and project management. She has worked across the semiconductor and technology, medical equipment, food service and hospitality, and energy and utilities industries. Her background includes organizational management, website development, marketing analysis, advertising, tradeshow management, and contact and lead generation.

Ms. Carroll is highly experienced in producing marketing communications materials that support strategic plans and initiatives, with strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills. She joined WECO in 2015.

Controller

Cyndie Kenney brings over 25 years of experience in payroll and finance, providing dependable
financial management, accuracy, and exceptional customer service. Her strong attention to
detail, professionalism, and commitment to helping clients succeed have made her a trusted
resource in the industry. Cyndie is dedicated to delivering reliable solutions while building lasting
relationships through integrity and personalized service. Cyndie joined WECO in 2022.
